This session invites Grades 3-5 elementary science curriculum teams to review their current pacing guides, instructional resources, and assessment practices collaboratively. Participants will identify opportunities to align and extend science instruction with the Bookworms literacy resource, ensuring students engage in meaningful, cross-curricular learning experiences. A key focus will be reviewing and fine-tuning science assessments to ensure they effectively measure student understanding and foster critical thinking skills.
